Title: A Memorable Family Adventure

My children wanted more family-friendly activities within the hotel premises. Although the hotel was adults-only, some additional options for kids would have made our stay even more memorable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seranta Brisas De Bavaro for over a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's ambiance was absolutely stunning, creating a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. The pool was fantastic and never overcrowded. Despite limited English, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, including a delightful Italian option. The price was a definite highlight, and the hotel had all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator in the room, good A/C, hot water, TV. The mini market and on-site restaurants were convenient, and the free parking was a bonus. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, and the overall value was excellent.

It offers excellent prices. We had 6 nights in Punta Cana, spend our time here excellently. Distance to the airport was just 16 miles...

I got great value for my money at Seranta Brisas De Bavaro. The room was clean and in great condition, with amenities like a refrigerator, good A/C, hot water, TV. The location was a bit far from the main tourist spots, but the staff treated me like a VIP, especially the attentive reception staff and the English-speaking manager who went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency. I will definitely be coming back soon.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to add more variety. The basics were there, but it would have been nice to have more options to choose from.

We loved the hotel's central location which made it easy for us to get around the city. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly despite not speaking English well. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and enjoyable to use.

it was a convenient and enjoyable base for exploring Punta Cana. We had a great time and especially loved the fact that the beautiful beach was just a short distance away. The food at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious meals. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in a heartbeat.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had great amenities such as a pool and a nice breakfast selection. the location was quite convenient since it was close to a lot of restaurants and nearby stores. the excellent customer service was the cherry on top of an overall good experience during the new year holiday.

The WiFi didn't work correctly in our room, and the staff was not fluent in English, which made it challenging to communicate with them. we had a terrible experience with a malfunctioning fridge that forced us to change rooms in the middle of the night, and the staff was not helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at a hotel in Punta Cana. The location was great, and the swimming pool was clean. The highlight was the delicious Italian pasta with shrimp that was specially cooked for us. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

the pool area didn't have any sun loungers or beds, which was a big disappointment as I was hoping to soak up some Caribbean sun. the cleaning staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure and didn't have the proper tools to do their job efficiently.
